If you do not handle time properly,one will lose time.

1.To do list
2.Prioritising
3.Doing the First things First.
To do list is nothing but writing down what you need to do on a daily,weekly,monthly basis.
I remember the time i called the printer to print my own format of ``To Do List`` this can also be called as Things to do.
On a personal level, a sample would look like
1.Pay Phone bill
2.Visit Bank
3.Visit Dentist.
and so on.
To Do List on an official level would look like:
1.Finalise Board Meeting Date
2.Write,chairman`s speech.
3.Talk to Bank for executing Loan Agreement
One can make this list into a calender by just adding time.
Having written the list,it should be prioritised.
Third secret is to do the First things first.
Every day review the list.Check what has been finished.
Carry forward the items not completed.
